Tilicho Lake is at the altitude of 4919 m and the highest pass is Thorong La Pass. Located at an altitude of 4919m in the Manang district, it is one of the world’s highest lakes situated at the highest altitude formed by the glacial melt of the northern slope of Annapurna Mountain and Thorong. Located in an isolated area of the Annapurna region, Tilicho lake trek is sure to give one an adrenaline rush. Tilicho Lake trek follows the Annapurna circuit trek trail up to Manang and from Manang village, the trek reaches Tilicho Lake through the Khangsar village. In the Tilicho Lake trek, trekkers get the opportunity to explore fauna and flora such as rhododendron forest, pine, fir and oak forest. After enjoying the tranquil environment of Tilicho lake, we shall descend the same way we ascended.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

Day 2: Drive to Besisahar [760m / 2492 ft] and continue drive to Chame [2,650m / 8692 ft]
- Start your journey from Kathmandu and drive to Besisahar.
- From Besisahar, continue driving to Chame, which is the district headquarters of Manang.
- Overnight stay at a local tea house in Chame.
Day 3: Trek from Chame to Upper Pisang [3,300m / 10,824 ft] [5-6 hours]
- Begin your trek from Chame and follow the trail towards Upper Pisang.
- Enjoy the scenic views of the Annapurna mountain range.
- Overnight stay at a local tea house in Upper Pisang.
Day 4: Trek to Manang Village (3,540m / 11,611 ft) [6-7 hours] via Ngawal
- Continue trekking towards Manang Village, passing through Ngawal along the way.
- Experience the unique culture and traditional Tibetan-influenced villages.
- Overnight stay at a local tea house in Manang Village.
Day 5: Acclimatization day in Manang [3,540m / 11,611 ft]
- Take a day off for acclimatization and explore Manang Village.
- Visit the Ganga Purna Lake and enjoy the serene surroundings.
- Overnight stay at a local tea house in Manang Village.
Day 6: Manang to Khangsar (3,950m / 12,956 ft) [6 hours]
- Resume your trek and head towards Siri Kharka via Khangsar.
- Experience the diverse landscapes and enjoy panoramic mountain views.
- Overnight stay at a local tea house in Siri Kharka.
Day 7: Trek to Tilicho Base Camp (4,150m / 13,612 ft) [5 hours]
- Continue trekking to Tilicho Base Camp.

- Overnight stay at a local tea house in Tilicho Base Camp.
Day 8: Tilicho Base Camp to Tilicho lake and return to Tilicho Base Camp (4,915m / 16,121 ft)

- Trek back to Tilicho base camp.
Day 9: Trek to Manang Village via Khangsar (3,734m / 12,247 ft) [5 hours]
- Resume your trek and make your way back to Manang Village, passing through Khangsar.

- Overnight stay at a local tea house in Manang Village.
Day 10: Drive to Besisahar [760m / 2493 ft] [6 hours]
- Begin your journey back and drive from Manang to Besisahar.

Day 11: Drive back to Pokhara
- Continue your drive from Besisahar to Pokhara
- Relax and enjoy the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara.

Day 12: Pokhara to Kathmandu
- Drive or fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu.
